Dr. Lance Robbins

Doctor

Dr. Lance Robbins earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Evangel University in 1997, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2009. Before becoming a dentist, he was both a professional baseball player and a Certified Public Accountant.

Monica

Office Manager

Monica is our incredible Office Manager and truly helps keep iTooth running smoothly. Originally from sunny San Diego, she brings warmth, humor, and years of knowledge to our team. She especially enjoys helping patients understand their treatment plans and feel comfortable with their care. Outside the office, Monica loves spending time with her husband and two kids, hosting dinner parties and get-togethers, enjoying great food, and finding a good show to binge-watch.

Trigger

Office Dog

Trigger is the baby of the iTooth family and an energetic Australian Shepherd with plenty of personality. Born March 23, he keeps everyone smiling with his playful attitude and lovable nature. Whether he’s making his rounds through the office or soaking up attention from the team, Trigger always knows how to brighten the day.

Bullet

Office Dog

Bullet is our handsome Blue Heeler and the older, wiser pup of the iTooth crew. Born January 5, he’s been a loyal office companion and a familiar face around the practice. Bullet loves being close to his people, keeping an eye on everything going on, and reminding everyone that no workday is complete without a little dog time.

Lakin

Registered Dental Hygienist

Lakin’s journey with iTooth began in 2017 as a hygiene assistant. Her passion for patient care inspired her to pursue dental hygiene, and she graduated from Missouri Southern’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2024 before returning to our team. Outside the office, Lakin enjoys concerts, good food, spending time with her dog, relaxing at home, cheering on the Steelers, and being with family and friends.

Keylee

Registered Dental Hygienist

Keylee is one of our wonderful dental hygienists and graduated from OTC’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2023. She loves helping our patients maintain healthy, confident smiles and brings an upbeat, positive energy to the office. Outside of dentistry, Keylee enjoys going to the gym, playing volleyball, spending time with her husband and family, relaxing at the lake, and reading a good book.

Robin

Registered Dental Hygienist

Robin has been part of the iTooth team for seven years, but her dental career began much earlier—she’s been working in dental offices since she was 18! Her years of experience and dedication to her patients make her an important part of our hygiene team. Outside the office, Robin loves spending time with her twin girls, traveling, hiking, being outdoors, and sharing her love of skincare.

Wendy

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

With 40 years of dental experience, Wendy brings an incredible amount of knowledge, skill, and heart to our clinical team. Her warm personality and dedication to patient care have made her such a special part of the iTooth family. Outside the office, Wendy loves spending time with her family and her two grandchildren, cooking, relaxing on the boat at the lake, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jennifer

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Jennifer is a talented and experienced member of our clinical team with a wide range of skills, including crowns, dentures, implants, and chrome cases. Her dedication to her work and our patients makes her an important part of the iTooth family. Outside the office, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband, kids, and grandson, relaxing on her farm, traveling, and hunting.

Cheryl

Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Cheryl has been part of the iTooth family since 2017 and brings a kind heart and sweet personality to our front office team. She helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and is always willing to lend a hand wherever she’s needed. Outside the office, Cheryl loves spending time with her four grandchildren and cheering them on at dance competitions, football games, and baseball games. She’s also always ready for a good shopping trip!

Reception

Sherry has been part of the iTooth family since 2011 and is one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors. She helps keep our front office running smoothly while making patients feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Known for her bubbly personality and sense of humor, Sherry brings plenty of fun to our team. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, shopping, attending church, working out, and being with friends.

Heidi

Call Center

With more than 35 years of experience in dentistry, Heidi brings a wealth of knowledge to our call center. She began her career as a dental assistant and spent seven and a half years chairside before transitioning into patient communication and support. Outside of work, Heidi loves spending time with her twin girls, grandbaby family, and friends. She also enjoys shopping, traveling, and going for walks.

Mikayla

Patient Coordinator

Mikayla is one of the friendly faces welcoming patients to iTooth as our Patient Coordinator. She helps make each visit feel smooth, comfortable, and stress-free from the moment patients walk through the door. Outside the office, Mikayla loves spending time with her husband and kids, staying busy with her five dogs, hanging out with friends, and relaxing at home with a good book.

Debby

Insurance Coordinator

Debby is our Insurance Coordinator and has an incredible history with iTooth, having been part of the team for 40 years! Her career in dentistry began in 1968, giving her a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to helping our patients navigate their insurance. Outside the office, Debby enjoys relaxing with her favorite show, Wheel of Fortune, and spending time with her loyal four-legged companions, Bullet and Trigger.

Whitney

Whitney | Marketing & Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Whitney joined the iTooth family in 2022 as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and now leads our marketing and social media. With her clinical background, she still loves jumping in to assist when needed and staying connected with our patients and team. Whether she’s behind the scenes creating content or back in the operatory helping out, Whitney loves being part of the iTooth family.
